Inner Circle Reserve

Before you send the date

Questions planners ask

The practical ones, answered plainly.

What is Inner Circle Reserve?
A New York event-staffing house. We send servers, bartenders, and captains to private events, weddings, galas, and corporate events. The crew arrive briefed on your day, and we carry them on W-2 with insurance. We work New York City, the Hamptons, and upstate New York.
Are your crew employees or contractors?
W-2 employees on our payroll, with workers' compensation through NYSIF. If your venue needs the certificate, we send it. The liability for our crew sits with us.
What roles do you staff?
Servers, bartenders, and captains (your lead on the floor) for private events, weddings, galas, and corporate events. For launches, pop-ups, and brand activations we also staff brand ambassadors, retail and sales-floor staff, product specialists, and greeters. They arrive briefed on your brand before the doors open.
Where do you work?
New York City, the Hamptons, and upstate New York.
How do I hire event staff in New York or the Hamptons?
Tell us the night: the date, the location, the rooms, the hours, and the crew you think you need. Between 9am and 7pm New York time, we reply within two hours with what we can do. The earlier you reach out, the more we can hold dates and brief the crew to your event.
How far ahead should I reach out?
Two weeks is comfortable. We hold the date and brief the crew to your event, so more lead time means a better-prepared floor. Short notice is often workable too, so ask anyway and we will tell you what we can do.
How do you price?
We quote each event. Tell us the date, the location, the hours, and the crew you think you need. The quote lists the rate per role, the hours, and the total, and travel outside the city is in it.
What makes a briefed crew different?
Before the date we go through your run of show with you. Every person booked gets it in writing: call time, address, dress code, the flow of the evening, and what matters to you. They arrive knowing it.
What happens if someone cannot make it?
We confirm every person the day before, so a gap surfaces while there is still time to fill it. Anyone who steps in is someone we already know.
Is there a minimum?
Five hours per person, per shift. Past that, by the hour.
Who is my point of contact?
One person, from the first message through invoicing: Volo, at 347-707-3051.
Do you staff weddings?
Yes. Weddings, galas and benefits, corporate and brand events, and private events of all kinds.
